Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer (NCB, Scotia, JN Bank), and PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
• Payment must be completed before order shipment for bank transfer and PayPal payments.

Shipping and Delivery

• We offer islandwide delivery via KnutsfordExpress Courier, Zipmail (Jamaica Post), and MSM Bearers within Portmore, Spanish Town, Kingston, and St. Andrew.
• Delivery times vary by shipping method. Free drop-offs occur weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays for KnutsfordExpress and Zipmail; express drop-offs are available for a $500 fee.
• Orders within Kingston & St. Andrew placed before 6am are delivered the same day; otherwise, they will be delivered the next business day.
• We do not currently offer international shipping.

Exchanges and Cancellations

• We only offer exchanges, no refunds. Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
• Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped, within 24 hours of order placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Returns

• Returns are handled as exchanges only, subject to the 24-hour exchange policy and the condition of the returned product. Please contact customer service for assistance.

Pricing and Availability

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We strive to keep our inventory accurate but cannot guarantee availability.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the MSM Kids website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of MSM Kids and is protected by intellectual property laws. The clothing sold on our platform consists of original products from popular brands, and all brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

• MSM Kids is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
