01. The order
Your order ships within 24 hours after payment is received for bank transfers, or within 24 hours once a bearer is available for cash on delivery.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using your Order ID. Click here to track an order.
Invoices are emailed for all orders, and you can also download them by logging into your MSM Kids account.
02. Shipment
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We offer islandwide delivery through KnutsfordExpress Courier, Zipmail (Jamaica Post) with door or post options, and MSM Bearers within Portmore, Spanish Town, Kingston, and St. Andrew.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How long will it take to receive my package?
For KnutsfordExpress Courier and Zipmail shipping, we offer free drop-offs weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. Express drop-offs are available for a $500 fee. After drop-off, you can expect your order within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 6am within Kingston & St. Andrew are delivered the same day; otherwise, delivery will be on the next business day.
03. Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer (NCB, Scotia, or JN Bank), and PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
04. Returns, exchanges and complaints
I noticed a longer delivery time for my order — can I cancel it?
Yes, you can cancel if your order hasn’t shipped within 24 hours. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
How do I return a product?
We allow exchange of an order within 24 hours, however, we do not offer refunds.
